FRP / GRP Cable Trays
FRP / GRP Cable Trays Designed for Access, Modification, and Long-Term Operation

Reinforce Technology Cable Trays
In infrastructure environments where access, maintenance, and change are expected over the asset lifecycle, cable tray design has a direct impact on labour, downtime, and safety. Our FRP / GRP cable tray solutions are specified and supplied with these operational realities in mind.
The non-conductive FRP / GRP construction helps minimise electromagnetic interference (EMI), while the open and accessible tray design allows straightforward cable entry, routing, and exit, supporting faster installation, easier maintenance, and future system upgrades.
Snap-Fit Design for Access and Reconfiguration
Unlike traditional screw-fixed cable tray systems, our FRP / GRP cable tray components are designed to snap on and off, allowing sections to be opened, modified, or inspected without dismantling the system. This reduces maintenance time, avoids corrosion-prone fixings, and supports ongoing cable management in live environments.

FRP / GRP Perforated Tray
Also known as Perforated Tray, features a semi-enclosed design that provides added protection from dust, debris, and UV rays. Perforations allow adequate drainage and airflow for contained cable runs.
Added Protection
Shields cables while allowing ventilation
Effective Waterdrainage
Prevents water pooling and dust accumulation
Versatile
Easily cut or drilled on-site with standard tools
Durable
performs reliably in indoor and outdoor conditions

Tested to Your Specification
Every project has different requirements. We coordinate independent third-party testing through SGS and certified laboratories to your approved specification — whether that's fire performance, chemical resistance, load rating, UV durability, or any other project-specific standard.
The table below shows baseline material performance for our standard FRP / GRP cable tray, independently verified by SGS to ASTM standards. Your project specification will be tested and certified before delivery.
