Reinforce The Future
Frequently asked questions
FRP stands for Fibre Reinforced Polymer. It’s a strong, lightweight composite material made by combining a polymer resin (like epoxy or polyester) with reinforcing fibres such as glass, carbon, or basalt. The result is a material that’s highly resistant to corrosion, chemicals, and weather, making it ideal for construction, infrastructure, and industrial applications where traditional materials like steel or concrete may fail over time.
GRP means glass reinforced plastic/polymer and FRP is fibre reinforced plastic but Glass is a fibre so it can also be called GFRP. You also have carbon fibre, CFRP, Basalt fibre BFRP Kevlar and Aramid fibres. FRP covers all the different types of fibre-reinforced plastic.
High Strength, High impact resistance, Lightweight, non-conductive, easy to fabricate & install, corrosion resistant & low maintenance.
