Customised FRP Components for Project-Specific Requirements

Our Simple 5 Step Process:
[1] Application Context Review
We review the operating environment, constraints, and intended use to determine whether a customised FRP component is appropriate.
[2] Technical Intake & Specification
Client drawings, specifications, and performance requirements are reviewed to align material selection and manufacturing criteria
[3] Testing Coordination
Independent, internationally recognised third-party testing is coordinated in line with project specification requirements.
[4] Manufacture, QA & Documentation
Components are manufactured to the agreed specification and supplied with relevant quality documentation
[5] Delivery & Technical Clarification Support
We coordinate logistics through appointed partners and remain available for technical clarification related to the supplied components.

Project-Specific FRP Components Built to Defined Requirements
Not all infrastructure requirements can be met using standard profiles or configurations.
Where geometry, environment, loading, or integration constraints fall outside standard solutions, customised FRP components may be required.
Scope & Responsibility
Reinforce supports specification review, testing coordination, manufacture, and delivery of customised FRP components.
Final system design, structural verification, and regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of the appointed project engineer or consultant unless otherwise agreed in writing.
